To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I arrange a return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines, once your return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment if;
- They are unused and in the original condition
- They are in the original unopened packaging
What items are non-returnable?
Any items after 28 days of receipt of your shipment, also;
- Items used, modified or not in the original packaging
- Broken, damaged item(s) or with missing components, not due to manufacturers or our error
- Special orders, made to order, raw chemicals, light sensitve products, item(s) which need to be kept in fridge
- Free gifts, promotional items or gift cards

Are there any charges for return?
If you change your mind you can return your items (within 30 days of delivery) with proof of invoice;
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
- Silverprint is not responsible for any damages or loss occuring the return shipment process and therefore will not offer a refund on these occassions.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
