Firstly we would like to thank you for your continued support, we greatly appreciate it.

We are Open for Online Orders, we also welcome to receive orders by email to and by post.

Regarding our service levels, unfortunately whilst the various restrictions remain in place we may not always be able to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. This is partially due to a number of our regular suppliers operating with reduced stock availability and service levels. Also we continue to work under COVID-19 guidelines regarding safe working practices with limited “on premises” staffing, which may occasionally impact on our normal turnaround times of orders.

If your order is very urgent, please could you email us at your requirements beforehand, so we can confirm the shipping time. We aim to reply in a timely manner, however please could you bear with us as we are often dealing with exceptionally high volumes of emails and calls on a daily basis. 

For any technical enquiries, please could you email rather than call, as we have staff working remotely who support these emails.

Unfortunately our Click and Collect Service and Trade Counter remain closed for the foreseeable future.
